7-story residential building completed in 1964. Designed by Leo Stillman, it has a 2-bay wide central courtyard facing the street, and 4-bay wings on either side. The middle bays on each wing have triple-windows, and the end bays have double-windows. A wrought-iron gate and archway lead into the courtyard and main entrance. The facade is clad in red and black brick forming a sort of checkerboard pattern. A black metal fire escape runs down the south-facing wall of the courtyard.
