7-story residential building completed in 1964. Designed by Leo Stillman, it has a 2-bay wide central light court facing the street, and 4-bay wings on either side. A gated fence enclosed the court, with the main entrance at the rear of it having steel-framed glass doors.

The middle bays on each wing have triple-windows, and the end bays have double-windows. The facade is clad in red and black brick forming a sort of checkerboard pattern. At the ground floor the windows have iron grilles that bow out at the bottoms, except for the west end bay, which has a garage door instead. A black metal fire escape runs down the south-facing wall of the courtyard. The building contains 77 apartment units.
