11-story postmodern residential building completed in 1999. Designed by Fox & Fowle, it contains 83 condominium units. The central tower is flanked by 6-story wings, with full and French balconies adding interest to the extensively glazed red-brick-clad façade. The large windows have stone lintels and wraps around the building's corners. Metal components (such as balcony railings, air conditioning grilles, and garden railings) are uniformly painted rust-red.

The rooftop and multiple terraces created by setbacks have plentiful plantings, including small trees. In addition to a private landscaped courtyard, the building has a gated neighborhood park along Washington Street that is open to the public. A parking garage is entered at the west end of the building from either Jane or Horatio Streets.
