428-foot, 32-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill, the project occupies about three-quarters of the block, sharing space with only one other building, 101 Murray Street on the southwest corner. To create the lot for the construction, a block-long section of Washington Street was de-mapped. The main tower portion fronts West Street, with three lower-rise wings rising above a common 3-story base. The base is clad mostly in white granite panels, with some sections of the ground floor having black metal-framed glass or smaller pink stone panels. The exception is the east facade, which is clad in black metal panels interspersed with verticals windows of differing widths, rising up to nine stories.

The building's main facades have narrow stone piers with alternating widths of windows, creating an elongated checkerboard pattern. The top three floors on the tower are set back and clad in a blue glass curtain wall. There are 400 parking places in an underground garage accessed from Murray Street, and the complex includes 227 condominiums and 132 apartment residences.

A private, elevated pine tree forest designed by renowned landscape architect Thomas Balsley sits atop the base. The base is occupied by a Whole Foods Market, Soul Cycle, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, T-Mobile wireless, GameStop, and a Bank of America branch.
