320-foot, 32-story postmodern residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects, it is the taller sister building to Liberty Green directly to the north. Originally intended as condominiums, both buildings were changed to rentals shortly after completion. Liberty Luxe has an L-shaped lower portion (13 floors), with a taller tower rising from the south leg of the 'L', along Murray Street. It has a 2-story base of glass, metal, and dark-grey stone, with red brick above. The windows set into the red brick areas of the facade have stone sills; other areas have glass curtain walls with metal framing, and wrap-around windows at the open corners.
