230-foot, 24-story postmodern residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern, the most visible green features are the mechanical penthouse clad in photovoltaic panels and the green roof on the 15th floor. The building has a 2-story light grey stone base. with red brick above. The windows wrap around open corners with white metal framing. The main entrance at the center of the North End Avenue side is framed in dark-grey stone, with banded piers and banding running across the top of the 2nd floor. A large metal and glass canopy is suspended over the three bays of doors.

The fenestration is divided into triple windows, with two smaller panes flanking a larger center pane, except for the single windows that frame each open corner grouping. The L-shaped building has a major setback above the 14th floor, with the east-west oriented portion on the north end continuing to rise to the full height, where it is topped by a metal cornice. Tribeca Green contains 264 apartments and a 55-car parking garage accessed from Warren Street. The southern end of the ground floor is occupied by a Duane Reade pharmacy.
