220-foot, 20-story residential building completed in 2007. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners LLP Architects,it is clad in silver aluminum, grey brick and glass. Recessed brick sections alternate with metal sections projected out to the streetwall, with horizontal brick spandrels between floors. Air conditioning vents are located in the spandrels on both types of facade. The building contains 352 apartment units, and has a parking garage with an entrance on Leonard Street, at the west end of the building. The ground floor is occupied by NY Kids Club, and Prime Essential pharmacy.
