402-foot, 36-story and 302-foot, 25-story deconstructivist residential towers joined by a pair of skybridges and framing a courtyard, completed in 2024. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group for HFZ Capital, with interiors were designed by Gilles & Boissier with Gabellini Sheppard Associates, the two towers rise from bases of 4-6 floors, all clad in white travertine. At both 18th and 19th Streets, there are double-height sky bridges rising 21 feet and connecting the towers at the 3rd-4th floor levels. These are clad in metal paneling on the undersides and tops, with glass curtain walls along the sides, contrasting with the white stone of the buildings. The space between the two buildings serves as a porte-cochère and courtyard with plantings, designed by the Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea. The main entrances to the two towers are both from within the courtyard.
At the base, the two towers separate from each other and the neighboring buildings of Chelsea to maximize space and views on the lower floors. The base at the east tower is six stories high, while the base at the west is four floors on the north side and five on the south. While both north-facing facades on the bases have large window bays, the south-facing facade of the base of the west tower instead has very narrow windows, staggered at alternating floors.
As they rise, the towers re-orient towards the West to maximize the light afforded each unit as well as views of the Hudson River. The twisting geometry at the corners of the towers also reduces the overall bulk of the buildings and creates additional separation between the towers. According to the architect, the façade design is inspired by the punched windows of the Meatpacking District's historic warehouses as well as the architecture of the surrounding West Chelsea neighborhood. Even though the façade is set on a sloping concrete exposure, each individual window remains rectangular and vertical. The windows are also accented by a thin metal frame, which helps them stand out against the surrounding white stone.
The West tower consists of 149 condominium units while the East tower contains the Six Senses hotel and 87 condos beginning on the 11th floor.
