9-story residential building completed in 1996. Designed by an anonymous architect, it contains 148 rental apartments. The facade is clad in orange brick, with a beige brick section in the center of the upper floors on the Washington Street side. Thin stone band course run above and below the windows of the 2nd floor, and the windows have stone sills and lintels. Windows are grouped in singles, doubles and triples, with discreet air conditioning exhaust grilles located below each of the multiple groupings. The ground floor window have decorative iron security bars. The top floor is setback behind a beige brick parapet. The building has an interior courtyard, landscaped rooftop deck, and canopied entrance on its north side, on Jane Street. There is a 3-story beige brick wing extending on West 12th Street.
