Designed by W Y S Design, it is distinguished by its unusual angled balconies, which are cantilevered on alternating floors, and joined by a metal pole extending up the height of the building. The facade is faced in white stucco, with one horizontal bay of windows on either side of the center balcony pole. The building has 26 units.
