100-foot, 10-story residential building completed in 1999. Designed by Chris Carrano, of ADG Architecture and Design, it is clad in orange brick, with broad bands of windows across the West Street facade, broken by inset balconies at the southern end. The West 11th Street facade has smaller, single windows. The building is set back above the 8th floor, and has a large, exposed rooftop watertank at the rear side. The ground floor is occupied by The Rusty Knot bar.
