7-story residential building completed in 1920 as two joined industrial loft buildings. The facade is composed of brown brick, with wide stone lintels. The windows of the southern building section are organized into triples, while the northern portion has single windows. A dentiled brick cornice unified the roof line. The building was converted to condominiums with 30 units in the early 2000s, with a rooftop garden and terrace.
