6-story modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1986. Designed by William Monaghan, it has 74 apartments and wraps around the Meier tower on the corner, with frontages on both Perry and West Streets. The building has an interesting two-toned facade of brick - partly in beige and partly in banded dark brown. Both facades also have rakishly angled concrete and metal balconies. The top of the building has a roofdeck and gardens.
