99-foot, 10-story modernist residential building completed in 2006. Designed by HB2 Architects and M.J. Macaluso & Associates, it is only 23.5 feet wide. The glassy building follows the trend of the nearby Meier-designed towers, with floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a thin, diagonal metal pier running up the front facade, terminating in a setback at the 9th floor.
