5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1889. Consisting of eight connected sections, each four bays wide, this apartment building spans the whole blockfront on 8th Avenue, with storefronts along the length of ground floor. The upper floors are clad in red brick with white stone trim. Except for the section at No. 108, which has a cornice with two wide and one narrow pilasters, the 2nd floor has round-arched windows with white stone arches capped by carved heads and connected by an ornately carved stone band course. The 3rd floor windows have large stone sills and lintels, with stone band courses connecting the windows near their tops. At the 4th floor, a stone band course forms the sills of all the windows, running just above a dentiled band course. The windows match those on the 2nd floor, with round-arches and carved heads. The stone connecting band has simpler, square carvings. Another stone band course connects the sills of the top floor. The top floor windows have no lintels, but are connected by stone bands with dentils at their bottoms. The roof is a simple brick parapet.

On the south and north facades, there are three columns of large, carved stone panels between floors. There are multiple fire escapes of different styles on all three facades. The ground floor is occupied by Made Man Barber Shop, Dunkin', Brine chicken restaurant, Chelsea Ristorante Italiano, ARK Bagels, Empire Cake, Pad Thai Noodle Lounge, Jack's Wife Freda restaurant, and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.
