5-story residential building completed in 1889 as a store-and-lofts building. It is clad in red-painted brick, four bays wide, above a black ground-floor storefront. The modern white-painted storefront is framed by black cast-iron piers (also around the doorway at the left). The windows on the upper floors have projecting footed sills and black metal cornices. Near the top of each window, a corbelled brick band runs across the facade, which also has a black metal fire escape in the center. The facade is crowned by a simple black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Westville Chelsea restaurant.
