5-story residential building originally completed in 1860 as a townhouse. It was rebuilt as apartments, with a new facade of rusticated white stone. The ground floor has red-brick end piers and a wood-and-glass restaurant storefront in between, as well as an entrance to the upper floors on the left with a wood-framed glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with thin stone surrounds. The facade is crowned by a simple metal roof cornice. The building contains 8 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Paul & Jimmy's Ristorante, which has been operating since 1950.
