6-story retail building originally completed in 1965. Designed by Herbert Tannenbaum as an Ohrbach's department store (later May's and then Bradlees), it was remodeled with a new exterior in 2006. The new facade was designed by Brennan Beer Gorman Architects and Beyer Blinder Belle. It is clad in glass, aluminum and granite facade looking onto Union Square Park. The lower two floors have grey granite, with light tan granite above. The main facade is six bays across, with the westernmost with a different glass and window framing type, and standing one floor taller, accounting for an elevator penthouse.

The western facade is windowless, clad in differing sized stone panels - light grey on the north half, and tan on the southern part that extends out to University Place, with the bottom two floors matching the glass and aluminum design of the main facade on 14th Street. The rear of the building, on 13th Street, is also clad in windowless tan granite panels, with loading docks.

The building is currently occupied by Whole Foods Market, Forever 21, DSW shoes, Burlington Coat Factory, and Jamba Juice.
