6-story residential building completed in 1954. It is one of three buildings on the block erected at the same time as the Snug Harbor Development. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, the building is H-shaped in plan, with two inset light courts with a rounded corner at both the north and south facades. The are also small insets at the ends of the legs of the H. The light courts and insets all have black metal fire escapes. The building is clad mostly in ironspot brick, with tan brick on the western elevation, and the interior walls on the west side of the H. The windows are grouped mostly in pairs (some singles) with stone sills and numerous air conditioning units dotting the facade. There is a 1-story row of storefronts facing Broadway and East 8th, occupied by a HSBC bank branch, Staples office supply, Duane-Reade pharmacy, Bully's Deli, Famiglia Pizza, Golden French Cleaners, AC Gears boutique, Broadway Panhandler, and Aerosoles shoes.

The exterior of the building appears in a background shot as a filming location for S5E10 of the NBC series "Blindspot" as Rich is on a phone call.
