360-foot, 34-story residential building completed in 1972. Designed by Joseph Feingold, it has a 1-story retail podium facing Broadway, with a set-back tower. The tower is L-shaped, and clad in tan brick. The windows, in doubles and triples, have continuous white stone lintels; the outer windows have air conditioning vents below. Each of the building's corners have protruding concrete balconies with metal railings. There is a small plaza in front of the main entrance on Mercer Street, where the entrance to the parking garage is also located. The one-story base extending to Broadway is occupied by various retail tenants, including Fresh & Co. grocery, Warehouse Wines & Spirits, The Famous Cozy Soup 'n Burger Diner, and Elf Studio cosmetics.
