341-foot, 34-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1965. Designed by Leo Stillman & John A. Pruyn. The main tower entrances are on Mercer & E. 8th street, where the lobby is recessed from the main bulk of the tower, which is supported on large white columns. The facade above is clad in beige brick, with rows of casement windows in singles, doubles, triples, and quads. The western and eastern facades have two columns of projecting balconies with slightly-angled glass railings. The center section of the north and south facades are slightly recessed. The northwest corner of the property is also surrounded by a landscaped plaza.

The northeast corner and Broadway frontage are lined by a 1-story retail base, with tenants including at AT&T store, The Body Shop, a Citibank branch, Papyrus stationary store, LensCrafters Optique, Mint boutique, and 'Wichcraft sandwich shop. The building has a rooftop swimming pool.
