7-story concrete & brick residential building completed in 1959. Designed by H.I. Feldman as an apartment house with ground-level stores, its dark red brick is checkered with rectangles of black brick and air conditioning vents below each of the square windows. There are also several black metal fire escapes. The Broadway and Mercer Street facades each have five bays of double-windows, except for the second-from-the-north bay on Broadway, which has single-windows. The Bleecker Street elevation has 14 double-window bays, and two single-window bays at the western end.

The ground floor is occupied by Badichi custom belts, Financial Center check cashing, a smoke shop, and Infinity Haircut barbers shop on Broadway; and a cleaners, NoHo Juice Bar, Brown Bag Laundry, and a bookstore on Mercer Street. The residential entrance is on Bleecker Street, at the center.
