4-story (plus raised basement) residential building completed in 1846 as a townhouse. It is clad in red brick above a white stone basement level. A high brownstone stoop on the right leads up to a parlor-floor entrance with paneled, black wooden double-doors and a transom in a stone surround. The two tall parlor-floor windows to the left have upper panels of stained-glass. The basement level below was converted to a commercial space sometime in the early 1900s, and has a doorway and a window.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with flat brownstone lintels. The 2nd & 3rd floors have shallow, full-width iron balconies, while the 4th floor has three separate, rounded Juliet balconies. The facade is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice. The ground-level basement is occupied by Irving Farm New York coffee shop.
