6-story residential building completed in 1949. Rebuilt from two older row houses by builder Paul S. Hitlin, the facade is clad in beige brick. The entrance is just north of center, with a black metal-and-glass door and sidelight framed by wide, angled stone pilasters with a rosette adorning each. The doorway is covered by a rounded, navy blue canvas canopy. To the left is a very wide window, and to the right are two single-windows and a double-window.

The upper floors have end bays with very wide tripartite windows, and a middle bay with a narrower tripartite window, all multiple small panes in the end panels. There is horizontal brick banding framing the outer bays and very thin stone sills and lintels. The roof line has a brick parapet with a scalloped pattern, stepped up at the four piers, with metal railings in between, and metal copings on top. The building contains 35 apartment units.
