12-story contemporary modernist residential building completed in 2025 for New Empire Corp., a developer. Designed by DXA Studio, it is clad in white glazed brick, glass, and bronze-colored metal panel accents. The design has a rounded northeast corner. Extending south along the avenue are seven bays of windows, while to the west along 25th Street there are four. There are entrances is in the first bays south and west of the rounded corner, with glass double-doors. The white brick organizes the facades into a grid of recessed windows, with bronze metal panels of varied widths accenting the ends of most bays and angling back toward the windows. The top floors are set back, with their own rounded corners.

The Hendrix House derives its name from Hendrick Kip, the Dutch colonist who came to New Amsterdam in 1637 and settled along the East River on an inlet that would one day take his name, Kips Bay. The building contains 60 condominium units with interiors by
Paris Forino.
