221-foot, 21-story modernist residential building completed in 2007. Designed by HLW International and Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, it is clad in two tones of grey brick, silver metal, and glass. The ground floor is clad in black stone organized into rectangular panels, with wide bands of metal-framed windows at the west and east ends on 35th Street. Both of these commercial spaces have sets of glass double-doors. The main entance, in the center, has a revolving door flanked by two sets of glass doors set in a light-grey metal-panel surround, with a projecting metal canopy that angles upward on the bottom, topped by large metal numbering with the address.

The upper floors have three main sections separated by a pair of recessed bays, with various widths and styles of window bays. Most of the three sections have brick spandrels, except for the west end of the eastern two sections, which both have curtain walls of metal-framed glass wrapping around the corners back toward the recessed bays. They each also have a metal pier dividing two of the bays at these sections. At the east edge of the western two projecting sections are bays of projecting balconies with metal railings and screens,. extending in front of the recessed bays. The projecting sections each has a setback at a differing height; the western one sets above the 18th floor, the middle one above the 16th, and the eastern one above the 13th. Extending above each section up to the roof line are three bays of projecting balconies.

Above 1-story base there is an angled facet at the southwest corner, with a curtain wall of glass and metal. The west facade has a short continuation of the curtain wall at its south end, followed by a dark-grey brick bay with single-windows beginning at the 3rd floor. The north part of the west facade has browner brick and is set farther back, with five bays. Four of them have triple-windows, and the 2nd from the south has recessed French doors opening onto partially-projecting balconies.

The east facade has dark-grey brick at its front end, with windows wrapping around from the front, up to the 13th floor. The top floors above the setback then have a short curtain wall area fronted by balconies extending to the south. Farther north this elevation is light-brown brick with a single-window bay and triple-window bay. The north part of the east facade is set far back from the rest.

The building contains 191 condominium units. One of the ground-floor commercial spaces is occupied by Crunch Fitness.
