367-foot, 35-story modernist residential building completed in 1991. Designed by Paul Rudolph and Costas Kondylis Architects for developer Donald Zucker, it is clad in aluminum and glass. The metal of the cladding is very light grey, contrasting with the blue glass. The shiny, jagged tower rises from a landscaped plaza on the north end that features a variety of trees in planters with sloping brick surfaces, between which are many small sets of stairs accessing the plaza. Near the northwest corner of the building is the main entrance, with a revolving glass door, and there is a 1-story commercial wing projecting out along the avenue, topped by a half-vaulted metal roof.

The upper floors of the tower feature many chamfered corners and angled ends of the bay windows, creating a modulating form. The west facade facing the avenue has three bays of projecting metal balconies, one on the north half and two on the south half, each of which is angled sharply to the south, with metal railings whose sides angle downward and whose fronts feature rows of vertical curly-cues. There are two more sets of balconies at the south half of the east facade.

The building contains 165 condominium units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Trader Joe's grocery, and there is a ramp down to the underground parking garage at the east end of the plaza.
