171-foot, 19-story early-modern residential building completed in 1962. It is clad in white brick. Centered on the south facade is a 2-story area of black tiles outlined in black polished granite, spanning three bays wide. The middle bay has the recessed main entrance, with a revolving door below a rounded, dark-grey canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The bay to the west has four narrow windows recessed behind small flower beds, and the bay to the east's four narrow divisions contain a metal service door and some vents. Continuing east the ground floor has a tiled commercial space with a glass door, plate-glass window, and then three bays of larger, traditional plate-glass storefronts, with a sliding door at the far east end. To the west the ground floor has a service entrance with double-doors and a small rounded canopy, a 2-bay storefront, a taller 2-story storefront with black piers, and a parking garage entrance and exit at the far end.

The upper floors have three bays in the middle with bands of five windows, alternating split and solid panes. To the west is a wider bay with a triple-window between two double-windows, separated by dark-grey metal panels at the piers, then two more 5-window bays, and a double-window end bay. To the east are two more 5-window bays linked by a black metal panel at the pier, then another 5-window bay, a triple-window bay, and a double-window end bay. Small, horizontal slit vents are located below the bays.

There are two distinctive setbacks around the middle bays above the 14th floor, with angled corners back to another setback across the entire middle area of the south facade above the 16th floor. The outer bays also set back above the 17th floor, with more angled corners. The southeast corner is chamfered above the 14th floor, with a setback above the 16th.

The east facade on the avenue has more storefronts at the ground floor. The upper floors are organized into two sections, with the north half slightly recessed. It has a 5-window bay, and a double-window end bay at the north side. The south half has two single-window bays between double-window bays. Above the 14th floor both ends of the south half are chamfered with cascading setbacks, and the north half has a setback above the 16th floor.

The north-facing facade has two single-windows bays near the east end, one smaller than the other, and sets back above the 16th floor, and then the rest of the facade is slightly recessed, with several 5-window bays, as well as a couple double- and triple-windows.

Built as rental apartments, the building was converted to condominiums in 1986, with 330 units. The ground floor is occupied by a Duane Reade by Walgreens pharmacy, and Little J Cleaners.
