The main entrance is centered on the north facade, set between squared marble piers, with stainless-steel-and-glass double-doors, sidelights, and transom below a metal canopy. There is a black metal service door to the right, and at the west end is another service door and a commercial storefront of grey stone. To the left is a short window, two low double-windows at the basement level, and an iron gate at the east end. Above low windows to the left are two single-windows around a triple-window.
The upper floors have, from east to west, a triple-window, a single-window, another triple-window, another single-window, two triple-windows, a single-window, another triple-window, and two single-windows, the first smaller than the other. Two grey metal fire escapes run down the facade.
The west facade on the avenue has the grey stone storefront at the ground floor, with a smaller storefront at the south end framed by brick piers that match the brick on the rest of the building. The upper floors have two double-windows on the north end, and two triple-windows to the south. There are black metal air-conditioning vents below each bay, and a black metal fire escape at the south end. The roof line has a simple stone coping.
The building contains 43 condominium units. The ground floor at the west end is occupied by a Starbucks coffee, and Relax Nails.
