407-foot, 35-story modernist residential building completed in 2022. Designed by SLCE Architects, it is clad in a ucrtain wall of metal and glass, with large glass panels with a Mondrianesque pattern of grey and bronze trim. The main tower slab is set back on the east side atop a 9-story base.

The entrance is in the northern bay, with a revolving door and traditional glass doors below a metal-and-glass canopy. The south bay on the ground floor has a storefront. At the upper floors the two main bays are divided by a double pier of bronze-colored metal at each floor. To either side each floor is subdivided into two smaller bays of offset double-windows. Above the setback the outer bays are altered to more of a tripartite arrangement.

The building contains 100 condominium units.
