255-foot, 23-story modernist residential building completed in 1986. Designed by Wechsler, Grasso, Menziuso, P.C., it is clad in reddish-brown brick. The building has rounded corners with window bands that wrap around the corners. The main entrance is at the west end of the south facade, with a set of glass double-doors below a rounded, dark-red canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. Immediately to the right is a metal service door and a vent. The rest of the ground floor (including wrapping around the rounded southeast corner) has commercial storefront space.

The brick spandrels running across each floor have concrete floor plates at their bases, and several bays of brown metal vents. There is a prominent setback above the 9th floor on the south and east sides. The top floors cantilever a bit over the neighboring building to the west.

The building contains 52 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Salon Lexington, and Birch Coffee.
