Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects, it is clad in horizontal bands of black brick with earth-toned paneling framing a grid of large windows. The main entrance is located at the northern end of the property along Second Avenue beneath a canopy, leading to a landscaped courtyard with a water feature.

Beginning at the 3rd floor, the south end has a column of projecting brick balconies (topped by glass railings) with rounded inner corners. From the 11th floor on, the south end begins a series of cascading setbacks, with the balconies following along and the rounded corners shifting to the outer edge (facing south).

The north facade has a bay of double-windows and a single-window bay at the front edge. The building contains 65 condominium units.
