5-story residential building completed in 1889. It is clad in white-painted brownstone, painted grey at the base. The facade has eight bays of single-windows, with the entrance in the 4th bay from the west at the ground floor. It has two steps leading up to a black wood-and-glass door below a black lintel and cornice. The windows all have simple stone sills, and a pair of black metal fire escapes run down the facade.
