3-story commercial building completed sometime around 1870. It is clad in beige brick (painted brown at the ground floor). The west facade on the avenue has a metal-and-glass storefront at the ground floor, with central double-doors. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows (taller at the 2nd floor) with brown stone sills and brown metal cornices.

The south facade has a short return of the storefront at the west end, and the entrance to the upper floors at the east end. In between is a secondary glass door to the commercial storefronts, and a few other former openings that have been filled-in. The upper floors have six bays of single-windows, with the 2nd floor having an additional window between the western two, and a shorter window between the eastern two. The facades are crowned by a modillioned brown metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Chelsea Fine Food.
