175-foot, 14-story modernist residential building completed in 2024. Designed by FXCollaborative, it is clad in light-grey brick framing an irregular grid of recessed windows with black metal frames and broad mullions, and a low, grey granite water table at the base. The main entrance is in a 1-story extension at the east end on 24th Street. The brick here is laid in a mesh pattern of recessed and non-recessed bricks, with a non-centered cutout with angled, dark grey-grown metal panel walls and ceiling leading back to a deeply-recessed set of sliding glass doors at the rear of the cutout. The ground floor around the rest of the building is lined with large storefronts bays with metal vents and louvers across the tops. There are five bays along the avenue (four very wide bays and a narrower one at the north end), two on the north side, and three on the south side on 23rd Street.
At the middle part of the upper floors on the west facade, the brick grid organizes the windows into 2-story groups on the 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, 7th-8th, and 9th-10th floors, while the outer bays are grouped into 3-story units (except for a 2-story group at the 2nd-3rd floors at the south end). The irregularity of the window patterns is reinforced by the varying width and location of the black metal accents panels at the sides of most of the windows, all of which are angled. There is a setback above the 10th floor except at the south bay, which extends up to a setback above the 12th floor.
The upper floors on the north facade are grouped into two main sections, with four bays on the east side and three bays on the west. The south facade has three main sections, with a wider bay on the west end, and the other two both having five smaller bays of windows (of varying widths). There is a setback above the 10th floor, except at the west bay.
The building is shaped as an L, with the south wing wrapping around a low-floor terrace in the middle, and the lobby and entrance extension at the northeast corner. The east elevation of the south wing is faced in pre-cast concrete with no windows. The rest of the east elevation, set farther back, has many more bays of windows of varying widths, but without the angled metal accent panels at the sides.
The building contains 190 apartment units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Apple Bank, and Target.
