7-story postmodern residential building completed in 2010 for the Brodsky Organization. Designed by Polshek Partnership Architects, it replaces the General Seminary's 1960's Sherrill Hall. The seminary sold the property to Brodsky for redevelopment. The Chelsea Enclave contains 53 condominium units as well as retail space, an underground parking garage, and the seminary's new Keller Library.

The red-brick façades of this building closely match those of the seminary's other buildings while its design has a more modern syncopation. The ground floor is lined with storefronts and clad in rusticated pre-cast stone, except for the northern side, which is clad in a more cobbled arrangement of stone to match to base of the older buildings to the west along 21st Street. On the avenue side, the facade has a grid of varying sized windows framed in metal, emphasizing verticality. Some of the brick of the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors is banded. The bay above the main entrance is clad completely in glass and steel, and slightly recessed. Above the 5th floor, the penthouse level is setback from the street, except for one bay near the north end that rises the full seven floors. On the south facade is another recessed bay of glass and metal, as well as the parking garage entrance.

The ground floor is occupied by Enclave Valet Organic Cleaners, Dashing Diva salon, Wine on Nine wine store, My Little Sunshine children's store, and La Bergamote French restaurant.
