11 NYC Housing Authority buildings from 1965, containing 945 apartments and more than 2,000 people. They're named for Robert Fulton, who launched the first commercially viable steamship into the Hudson not far from here. The three tallest buildings each have 25 floors, while the rest are 7 stories tall. They were designed by Brown & Guenther.
