6-story residential building completed in 1925 for the Chelsea Moore Corporation, renovated in 1999. Designed by C. Grant La Farge (of the firm of Heins & LaFarge/LaFarge, Warren & Clark) as a multi-use building with stores, offices and apartments, it has three main wings wrapping around central courtyards accessed from 19th Street. Each of the three wings has four bays: two with paired windows in the center, and single-windows at the ends. The eastern elevation along the avenue is 11 bays wide, two of them having smaller, narrow windows. The ground floor along 8th Avenue is lined with storefronts.

The facade is clad in brown brick, with a stone band course across the top of the ground floor. The windows all have stone sills, and there is a stone cornice just below the roof parapet, which is decorated with carved stone ornament. There is a metal fire escape running down each wing on 19th Street, and two more fire escapes on the 8th Avenue facade. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Starbucks coffee, Perfect Brows threading salon, and Trek bicycles.
