5-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1948. It is clad in orange brick, lighter at the east and west ends. The main entrance is centered in the 3-bay middle section, with glass double-doors below a tall Art-Deco styled transom, in a surround of slightly-brighter brick. The ground floor to either side is lined with stone, metal, and glass storefronts.

The upper floors have ten bays of double-windows with brick lintels - three in the west and middle sections, and four bays in the east section. Some of the bays have spandrels between floors with geometric grids in the brickwork. The middle bays at the east and west sections also have short, thin, horizontal grooves flanking the windows.

The roof line at the outer sections has a stepped-down notch with a decorative iron railing (the eastern notch is much wider). The roof line at the middle section has four stepped-up section, with more railings in between.

The building was converted to condominiums in 1987, with 76 units. The ground floor is occupied by Philippe Liquor, USA Vein Clinics, Chatham Cleaners, Zia Maria pizzeria, and Kate Perry dog training.
