6-story modern residential building completed in 1973. Designed by Philip Birnbaum, it is clad in red brick, with ground-level storefronts lining the facades along Seventh Avenue and 23rd Street. There are two 1-story extensions stretching to 22nd Street; the only opening in the western one is a metal service door, while the southern one has a service door and two metal vents.

The Seventh Avenue facade is divided into four sections by three columns of half-octagon concrete balconies with metal railings that project from recessed bays. A brick pillar splits each balcony into two halves. The northern section of the facade has three bays of single-windows, and two bays of double-windows. The southern section has two bays of double-windows; the two middle sections each have two bays of double-windows with two columns of smaller, narrow bathroom windows in between them. All the double-window bays have air-conditioning vents below them. A stone coping caps the roof line.

The 23rd Street elevation has four columns of balconies dividing the facade into five sections. The western and eastern sections both have two bays of double-windows; the center section has two bays of double-windows with two columns of small bathroom windows in between, and the other two sections each have four bays of double-windows. Here again, the double-windows have air-conditioning vents below.

The building contains 120 condominium units. There is an underground parking garage entrance at the easternmost section on 23rd Street. The rest of the ground floor is occupied by West Side Market, Domino's pizza, Pet Central, Made Man Barber Shop, Vivi Bubble Tea, East One BKLN Coffee, Subway sandwiches, Patel Newsstand, and Benjamin Moore / Janovic paint store.
