6-story residential building completed in 1974. Designed by Philip Birnbaum, it is clad in reddish-brown brick. The main part of the building is L-shaped, spanning along Seventh Avenue and West 23rd Street and wrapping around a 1-story rear section with two wings that extend down to 22nd Street.

The ground floor along the avenue and 23rd Street is lined with metal-and-glass storefronts, except for the main entrance near the center of the north facade, which a dark-grey granite surround with sliding glass doors and a square window to the left, both covered by a small metal canopy. The upper floors on the north facade have two very narrow, small windows in the middle, followed to the outside by a square double-window. Continuing outward there is a recessed bay with two glass doors opening onto a shared concrete balcony with aluminum railings, projecting out in a half-octagonal shape; each balcony is divided in the middle by a brick wall. Next are four bays of double-windows, and then another set of balconies, and finally two more double-window bays at each end. The windows all have white metal framing, with through-all air-conditioning units below them. A simple metal coping marks the roof line.

The west facade on the avenue has, from north to south, three single-window bays, two double-windows, and then three bays of balconies between which are two sets of double-windows flanked two bays of small narrow windows, and finally two more double-windows.

The two 1-story wings extending to 22nd Street are also clad in brick, each with a set of metal service doors and no windows. The building contains 120 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Westside Market (extending through to 22nd Street), Domino's Pizza, Pet Central, Made Man Barber Shop, ViVi Bubble Tea, Subway sandwiches, and Benjamin Moore - Janovic paint & decorating center.
