190-foot, 17-story residential building completed in 2000. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners, it consists of two separate but joined towers. The taller 17-story tower is situated along the avenue, while the shorter 11-story tower extends to the west along 26th Street. Both are clad in beige brick, limestone, and glass, with a water table of dark-grey granite.

The taller tower's north facade is articulated into 10 bays, with the main entrance in the 2nd & 3rd bays from the west. The eastern of these has a revolving glass door, and the western has steel-framed glass double-doors. A suspended, light-grey metal canopy covers both bays. The bay to the left is filled by beige brick, with a metal service door, and all the others have plate-glass windows at the ground floor. Each upper bay of the double-height ground floor also has a plate-glass window, with beige metal spandrels between the two floors, and metal louvers above the windows. There is a setback above the ground floor floor except for at the three eastern bays, with low metal railings between the tops of the piers; the three piers framing the entrance bays extend up higher and are topped by a wooden pergola. The four easternmost piers also extend up through the 2nd floor, which has a tripartite windows flanked by double-windows.

The rest of the upper-floor bays have tripartite windows, with black metal air-conditioning vents below them. At the three eastern, non-setback bay, there are two brick middle piers, while the outer bays' windows wrap around the corners. The brick spandrels alternate beige or light-grey by floor, and this wing sets back above the 10th floor, with another wooden pergola on top. The western two bays of the north facade set back above the 16th floor, and the end bays at both sides have larger windows at the top floors. The are also two bays with projecting balconies and glass-and-brick railings at the 11th-17th floors.

The east facade along the avenue has nine bays, seven of which are wide; the two next to the end bays are narrower. The 4th bay from the south is slightly recessed, with glass infill and two sets of glass double-doors to one of the larger commercial spaces. The south end bay has a recessed set of glass double-doors, and the north narrow bay is also slightly recessed and has glass double-doors. Like the north facade, there are beige brick piers and alternating beige and light-grey brick spandrels on the upper floors. The south section has four bays of tripartite windows around a central double-window bay; the south end bay wraps around the corner. This section ends at the 10th floor. The next section to the north is recessed, fully clad in beige brick and has two double-windows up through the 10th floor. The middle section has two groups of paired tripartite window bays around a recessed by section of two double-windows; both non-recessed areas set back above the 10th floor. At the north end is another recessed section with one bay of double-windows, and a final non-recessed area with two tripartite windows around a narrow double-window, also setting back above the 10th floor, with the same pergola from the north facade. The top floor, above the setbacks, span 12 bays, with larger tripartite windows wrapping around the corners at the ends. In between are double-windows and tripartite windows in beige brick cladding.

The south facade on 25th Street has two tripartite bays flanking a very narrow double-window at the east end, where the limestone piers extend through the 2nd floor. This section ends at the 10th floor. To the left the base extends for five more bays, with a garage door in the west bay. The next two bays at the upper floors are set back, with tripartite windows, also ending at the 10th floor. The top floors are set far back behind and above them.

The 11-story building's north facade spans 15 bays along 26th Street, with similar materials and design. It has several storefront bays at the ground floor, along with a couple bays of beige brick with metal service doors, a loading dock near the west end, and an entrance/exit to the underground parking garage in the west end bay.

The upper floors have a mix of tripartite and double-windows. The eastern three and western three bays set back above the 8th floor, as do the five center bays, creating a pair of towers extending up to the 11th floor. There is a wooden pergola on the 8th floor roof between them.

The 17-story tower contains apartment units, and the 11-story tower has 125 units. Parts of the ground floor are occupied by a Bank of America branch, Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry, and Buy Buy Baby in the largest space.
