120-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2013. Designed by GF55 Architects, it has a symmetrical facade with tall center section clad in grey metal and glass. This section is slightly recessed, with concrete and glass balconies on either side extending out the to building line. On either side of the center section, an 8-story wing has dark brown brick piers separating the window bays, which are similarly clad in grey metal and glass. Each pier is framed by tan stone, and a stone cornice runs across the top of the ground floor. The street-level storefronts are clad in grey metal and glass, with rusticated stone sections on the eastern wing, where the parking garage entrances are located. The main entrance is in the center, under a suspended metal and glass canopy.

The western elevation has a similar design to the front, with two lower wings featuring dark brown stone piers, and a recessed central section with balconies. The building has 206 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Bright Horizons Preschool, Bean and Bean Coffee, Blink Fitness, and The Chelsea Bell bar & restaurant. On the roof is a green terrace with party space.
