4-story residential building completed sometime around the 1870s. It is clad in reddish-orange painted brick above a ground floor with black metal-and-glass storefronts and a 2nd floor with cast-iron and stucco painted the same reddish-orange shade.

The entrance to the upper floors is at the north end, with a black metal door next to a paneled and fluted end pier. The 2nd floor has two single-windows in the middle, and double-window end bays, with paneled end piers and very slender colonnettes separating the bays. A cornice with scrolled modillions tops the 2nd floor.

The top two floors have three bays of single-windows, and a black iron fire escape runs down the northern two bays. The facade is crowned by an orange metal roof cornice with narrow brackets and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Peoples Convenience Store.
