148-foot, 16-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1961. Designed by George G. Miller, it is clad entirely in reddish-brown brick, except for the southern facade of the ground floor, which is clad in polished grey granite. The windows are a combination of triple, double, and single-casements. The western section of the building is set back slightly from the lot line, and at the corner on the intersection with Sixth Avenue, the top two floors are set back at a 45-degree angle. The ground floor is occupied by Cafe Loup, The Vitamin Shoppe, Greenwich Village Mail Center, and a dry cleaners.
