187-foot, 21-story mid-century modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1964. Designed by H. Herbert Lilien, Clarence Lilien & Sons, it is clad in glazed grey brick with metal casement windows in triples, doubles and (fewer) singles. The building spans the full length of 7th Avenue between 14th & 15th Streets. There are setbacks at the corners and center of the west facade above the 18th floor. The ground floor is partially occupied by a Duane-Reade pharmacy, and Westside Market.
