6-story residential building (with lower 4- and 5-story portions) originally completed in 1876. Designed by Stephen D. Hatch as factory buildings. They were later combined and remodeled as apartments houses, provided with fire escapes, and the 3-bay fronts were smooth stuccoed, painted brown. The building stair-steps up in heights from south to north. The ground floor is occupied by La Baratin cafe, and E-No tutoring.
