8-story residential building erected in phases, with the first completed in 1897. Charles Rentz designed the first section, with three later additions designed by John P. Voelker extending from the corner building to include No. 13 Barrow Street. The stores, at street level, have high windows and cast-iron columns with unusual swagged brackets supporting a simple entablature. The upper stories of the facade on Barrow Street, clad in buff-colored brick and grey-painted cast-iron, consist of five bays, or divisions, with groups of square-headed windows at each end and in the center, while at either side of the central bay paired triple-arched windows are introduced for variety at the fourth and top floors. A deep, bracketed cornice crowns the building and is in turn surmounted by an attic floor above the West Fourth Street corner portion.

The ground floor is occupied by Karaoke Boho, Oliver's City Tavern, and Annisa restaurant.
