3-story residential & mercantile building completed in 1919 as a garage. Designed by Frank E. Vitolo, it is clad in beige brick (painted grey on the ground floor). The upper floors have been converted to lofts and the ground floor is occupied by Ace Hardware/Benjamin Moore Paints. Below the roof parapet is a terra-cotta panel with the original owner's name (Z.T. Piercy). The parapet is stepped-up at the ends and has a stone coping.
