5-story residential building originally completed in 1839 as a 3-story brownstone rowhouse for William Beach Lawrence. In the late 1800s, it was raised to 5 floors with a new black iron bracketed and dentiled cornice, and a 2-story storefront installed. The upper floors have three bay of windows. It was converted to apartments sometime in the mid-1900s. The ground floor has a round-arched residential entrance on the right, and the rest is occupied by Neta sushi, with a massage parlor on the second floor.
