6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1901. Designed by Michael Bernstein as a tenement, it is clad in red brick, limestone and terra-cotta. The facade is split into two 5-bay halves, each with a stoop and round-arched entrance, fully surrounded with stylized pilasters, carved molding and spandrels, and lintel supported by foliate brackets. There are stone bands at the first story, and segmental-arched windows with brick and stone lintels with beaded keystones. From the 3rd to the 5th floors, the piers form a 3-story arcade, terminating in terra-cotta capitals forming the bases of round-arches with keystones at the 5th floor. The 6th floor also has stone banding, and square-headed windows topped by small cartouches. At the roof is a bracketed cornice with arcaded frieze.
The ground floor is occupied by Red Bamboo vegetarian cafe, Francesco's Pizzeria & Pasta, Sei Tomoko Japanese restaurant, and Vegetarians Paradise 2.
